Mrs. Jacqueline Lorraine Guinyard Carter was born on February 23, 1964, in Orangeburg, SC. She was the daughter of Isaac and Mary Guinyard. She passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025.
d in the public schools of Orangeburg County and graduated from Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School. After graduation, she worked at AYP and later at a nursing home until her health declined.
Jack was quiet, kindhearted, loved having fun, and cherished her sons—especially her grandchildren. She will be truly missed by everyone.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Garret Carter; two children, Abraham Williams and Nashawain Williams; grandchildren, Azariha Williams, Kennedy Williams, Emari Williams, and Ermias Williams; one sibling, Shirley (Reverend Pinkney) Palmer; uncle, James (Ethel) Bradley; along with a host of aunts, cousins, and special friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
