It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Donald L. Backmon. Please pray for the family. Funeral services for Mr. Backmon will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at Antioch Baptist Church, 7640 Charleston Highway, Bowman, SC 29018.

The viewing will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026 from 1:30 - 4:30 P.M. at Dignity Mortuary and Cremation Services (Haynes Chapel), 1335 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, SC 29115.

The interment will follow the funeral service at the Felderville A.M.E Church Cemetery, 1081 Woolbright Rd., Santee, SC 29047.
