Mr. Da’Quan Jermaine Hampton, affectionately known as "Ounie,” was born and raised in Orangeburg, SC, to Ms. Felicia M. Hampton and Mr. Kelvin J. Stevenson on March 25, 1994.
Ounie was a 2012 Orangeburg Wilkinson High School graduate, where he was involved in numerous activities, including pledging HLS.
He as employed by Husqvarna Outdoor Products in Orangeburg, SC, and Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Ridgeville, SC.
The love Ounie shared for his family and friends was immeasurable. He enjoyed fatherhood, online gaming, and watching his favorite teams, the Los Angeles Lakers and New England Patriots. All things Kobe Bryant!
Ounie was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ms. Ruth Ann Hampton.
Leaving to cherish his fond memories are his parents; son, Da’Cari Jermaine Hampton of the home; sister, Tatiana Simmons of Columbia, SC; grandfather, Mr. Eddie Hampton, Sr.; aunt, Ms. Melissa Hampton, of Orangeburg, SC; uncles, Jacob “Bernard” Jackson, Edward Williams, Mr. Eddie Hampton, Jr., Mr. John Hampton, and Mr. Chadwick Stevenson, all of Orangeburg, SC; cousins, Juwan Mack, Sa’Diamond Gibson, E’Kian Hampton, Khamir Hampton, all of Orangeburg, and Aiden Hampton of Columbia, SC.
